We describe our products as accurately as we can. The UnTrack sleeve blocks cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS signals only when it is fully closed as shown in the instructions. Colors may look slightly different on your screen.

• The sleeve is a privacy accessory. It is not a medical device and makes no health claims.
• While your phone is sealed, it can’t receive calls, including emergency calls. Don’t seal it when you need to be reachable.
• Don’t use the sleeve to interfere with anyone else’s devices or to break any law.

Prices and promotions can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. We may limit or cancel orders, for example for suspected fraud or resale.

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Information and returns by our Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered.

All content on this site, including the UnTrack name, logo, images and text, belongs to UnTrack or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

To the extent allowed by law, UnTrack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
