Payment Policy
How we charge, what we accept and how your payment details are protected.

All prices are in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued outside the US, your bank may apply a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee.
Payment security
Checkout is encrypted with SSL. Payments are processed by [Shopify Payments] and PayPal, which are PCI DSS compliant. UnTrack never sees or stores your full card number.
When you’re charged
Your payment method is charged when you place your order. If an item can’t be shipped, we refund that amount in full.
Declined payments
If your payment is declined, check that your billing address matches the one on file with your bank, or try another method. We can’t see the reason a bank declines a card.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, where required by state law.
Discount codes & promotions
- One discount code can be used per order.
- Codes can’t be combined with the Buy 2, Get 3 Free offer unless stated.
- Promotions end on the date shown and can’t be applied to past orders.
Fraud prevention
To protect you, some orders are reviewed before they ship. If we need to verify an order, we’ll email you. Orders we can’t verify are cancelled and refunded in full.
